THE ALIGN STORY

Align is a privately owned real estate investment firm, focusing on core plus, value-add and opportunistic real estate within Australia. The majority of Align projects are directly held by Align. On a select basis, Align co-invests alongside likeminded individuals and institutions. Irrespective of the structure, our objective is to provide a personalised approach to real estate.

The founders of Align have a passion and track record in adding value to medium to large scale real estate. Our business seeks to rejuvenate assets and hold for a renewed long-term investment cycle. Non-core assets may also be divested in-line with the pre-agreed strategy.

Align sources and executes value enhancement strategies for each asset, creating value throughout each project’s lifespan and mitigating downside risk in the event of changed market conditions.

WHY ALIGN

We think differently.
We have an extensive track-record of executing value-add and development projects.
Vision is everything in real estate – we create realities from our vision.

We identify underutilised sites.

We develop deep long-term relationships with our tenants.
Real estate is our passion and our language.
