- A 12 Level office building comprising 26,000sqm PCA A-Grade space and designed to achieve 4.5 Star NABERS and 5 Star Greenstar.
- Located above Melbourne’s busiest transport hub, Southern Cross Station.
- Pre-committed to Pitcher Partners, Fujitsu, Exxon Mobil and AGL Energy prior to completion.
- $276 million end value

699 BOURKE STREET, MELBOURNE
- A 12 Level office building comprising 19,500sqm PCA A-Grade, 6 Star Greenstar, award winning development also over the live rail at Southern Cross Station.
- Development was pre-committed to AGL Energy and achieved global best practice sustainability credentials with its 6 Star Greenstar rating.
- $149 million end value

2 RIVERSIDE QUAY, MELBOURNE
- A 12 Level office building comprising 21,040sqm office building above a refurbished public art podium (regeneration of existing car park).
- Precommitted and design built for PwC as their workplace of the future benchmark.
- This new development created the catalyst for the regeneration of the entire Riverside Quay office precinct.
- $212 million end value

477 COLLINS STREET, MELBOURNE
- Landmark 55,000sqm Premium Grade commercial building which was integrated into one of Melbourne’s most appreciated collection of heritage buildings, The Olderfleet Buildings.
- Secured Deloitte as anchor tenant for 22,000sqm who subsequently exercised their rights to increase their occupancy to 30,000sqm.
- $828 million end value

367 COLLINS STREET, MELBOURNE
- One of Collins Street’ prominent A-Grade, 38,000sqm, office towers which was in need of revitalisation.
- Value enhancement initiatives included a full lobby upgrade in excess of 1,200sqm, a best in class End-of-Trip facility (converting an old CBA bank vault), and the creation of a new 10m high podium structure to transform the building arrival experience to Collins Street and Flinders Lane.

9 RICHARD PEARSE DRIVE, AUCKLAND
- Acquired a 5,328sqm industrial property on 1.7ha of prime land for $10.7m with short term holding income.
- Value extraction achieved by existing short term tenant and securing ASX listed Apollo Motorhomes on a new 10 Year lease for the entire building – developing expansion land to a asphalted yard area.
- $17.6 million sale value

20-30 HEATHS COURT, MILL PARK
- Acquired for $7.14m at well below replacement and underlying land value rates.
- Value extraction was ultimately achieved via a new 15 year lease negotiated with incumbent tenant, major capital upgrades to the office and production facility and via the subdivision of 6,377sqm excess land to the rear of the site.
Sold for $16 million delivering a net investor IRR > 60%.

1 MALOP STREET, GEELONG
- Development of WorkSafe Victoria’s new 15,500sqm headquarters in Geelong. Achieved a 5.5 Star NABERS Base Building Energy Rating, is the first 6 Star Green Star Rated project in Geelong, and has achieved a Platinum Core & Shell WELL Building Standard Rating – the first in Victoria and only the second in the world to achieve these WELL credentials.
